Whelp....looks like I'm taking back my word.

I ain't leaving the gaming forums after all. :stare:
A little something interesting I found out a few months ago.

These were the cutscenes we were originally going to get in the first Crash Bandicoot game back in 1996.

Whelp, I did it everyone. I sold all my games and systems. Except for the Wii U, because my family still plays that.

So....you will never see me in the gaming forums again.

But that doesn't mean I won't talk to you if you want to talk about something gaming related. I'm still always up for a chat!
I love how in the N.Sane Trilogy they make Coco just as kooky as Crash is.

Honestly, I think it's pretty adorable. :XD:
It's sad that even Regular Show does the "Power of Friendship" stuff a a fuckload better than Fairy Tail ever did.
So yesterday, I was at the mall and Best Buy had a SHIIIIIIITLOAD of Ghost in the Shell stuff on their DVD shelves. I was really surprised, because almost every time I go there they have NOTHING. Though they did have the Arise movie last time I went.

I took the chance and bought the two things I didn't have in my collection, one I was debating as to I wanted or not:

Ghost in the Shell 2.0 which is somewhat of a remaster of the 1995 film, what with updated graphics (CGI included) and new voice recordings, my favorite part being them getting Mary Elizabeth MyGlynn (Motoko's Stand Alone Complex voice) instead of Mimi Woods (Motoko's original voice from the 1995 film). However, the film is shortened quite some. I've debated on whether or not I really wanted to get it but this was a good a chance as any for it. It was only $8 too!

Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence WITH the fucking English dub. Okay, so get this. It was a few years ago during the summer. I never saw the sequel to the first film. My older brother told me he had a copy and we would watch it together the next time he visited. When we did, it was in Japanese with English subtitles. I was totally fine with it, cause I knew that was how he preferred it. Not to mention I originally saw the first film in Japanese online and didn't see the English dub until I got the DVD. The DVD (the one I have at least) uses the Japanese version as default would have to go to the menu settings to watch the English version.

I put the film on my Christmas and figured, "I'll watch the English dub on my own copy". I got to it eventually....only to find it had NO English dub option. At ALL. I wasn't angry at all, just....really surprised. I KNOW I read they had an English dub for that movie. I double checked and confirmed that they did. It was just on VHS I guess. The movie is pretty old. I was confused as all hell and didn't understand why the DVD didn't have an English audio track. I just decided to not let it get to me, seeing as how little a problem it was.

A few weeks ago, I was on the Playstation Network and saw they had the film up there with an option for the English dub! I looked it up and saw they re-released the film and actually gave you a language option. I was pleasantly surprised! So we went to the mall yesterday, for the heck of it I guess. They had some of the Arise stuff during Christmas time, so I had a feeling they would have Innocence. They did and I didn't hesitate to grab it! I even checked the back just to make sure there was actually an English option. :XD:

So I was pretty damn satisfied! Was awesome to expand my collection! :la:

It's more than likely Best Buy had all this Ghost in the Shell stuff because of the live action movie. I guess I owe that movie SOMETHING, despite my protests for it.

Oh, I also bought One Piece: Film Gold and the complete series for Cowboy Bebop too.

They're remaking Superstar Saga for whatever reason. But hey, I didn't get into the original as much as I wanted, so here's hoping this proves different! :la:
